Football At The 2023 Pan Arab Games
The men's Football at the Arab Games, football tournament at the 2023 Arab Games was held from 2 to 14 July 2023 in Algeria, following an 11-year hiatus. Matches will be played in Annaba and Constantine, Algeria, Constantine. For the first time, teams are restricted to under-23 players, and a maximum of three over-aged players. Bahrain national football team, Bahrain were the defending champions, having beat Jordan national football team, Jordan in the final of the Football at the 2011 Pan Arab Games, 2011 edition. Stadiums Teams Participating countries Eight teams are participating in the tournament, all under-23 with the exception of Saudi Arabia who are participating with their under-19 team. Squads Draw The draw took place on 19 June 2023. Host Algeria national under-23 football team, Algeria was automatically seeded in Pot 1. Football At The 2011 Pan Arab Games
The men's association football tournament at the 2011 Arab Games was held in Doha, Qatar from 10 to 23 December. The tournament was played at three venues in two host cities. Egypt were the defending champions from the 2007 Arab Games in Cairo. Bahrain clinched the Gold Medal after beating Jordan 1–0.
