Football was contested for men only at the 1970 Central American and Caribbean Games in Panama City, Panama. All matches took place at the newly constructed Estadio Rommel Fernández. Stephen J. Nicholls (born 29 May 1971) FRACP, FACC, FESC, FAHA, FAHMS, is an Australian cardiologist.
