The 2003 All-Africa Games football – Men's tournament was the 8th edition of the African Games men's football tournament for men. The football tournament was held in Abuja, Nigeria between 4–16 October 2003 as part of the 2003 All-Africa Games. Qualifying The following 8 nations qualified for men's play at the 2003 All Africa Games. Two teams qualify from Zone VI replacing Zone VII. Abuja
Abuja () is the capital and eighth most populous city of Nigeria. Newa Mwewa
Newar (), or Newari and known officially in Nepal as Nepal Bhasa, is a Sino-Tibetan language spoken by the Newar people, the indigenous inhabitants of Nepal Mandala, which consists of the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding regions in Nepal. "Nepal Bhasa" literally means "Nepalese language", however the language is not the same as Nepali (Devanāgarī: नेपाली), the country's current official language of the central government. Daniel Wansi (born February 22, 1982 in Yaoundé) is a Cameroonian football striker. Career Wansi was trailed at Xiamen Lanshi in February 2006. He then played for Shenzhen Kingway. In December 2007 he moved to Montenegrin First League most popular club FK Budućnost Podgorica. He had already played in the region of ex-Yugoslavia when in autumn 2003 played in Croatian First League club Inker Zaprešić, nowadays known by a slightly different name, as NK Inter Zaprešić. Calabar (also referred to as Callabar, Calabari, Calbari and Kalabar) is the capital city of Cross River State, Nigeria. It was originally named Akwa Akpa, in the Efik language. Gamal Hamza ( ar, جمال حمزة, born 5 December 1981) is an Egyptian former footballer. He played for Zamalek SC for most of his football career. Geremi Sorele Njitap Fotso (born 20 December 1978), known simply as Geremi, is a Cameroonian former footballer. He was a versatile player able to play at right back, right midfield or defensive midfielder, known for his power, pace, combative style and free-kick ability.
