Fonti Flora Plantation is a historic plantation house located near Monticello, Fairfield County, South Carolina. It was built about 1836, and is a 2-½ story clapboard residence set on low foundations. The front façade features a full width two-story Greek Revival portico supported by six square paneled piers. Additional decorative detail includes the Gothic Revival style tripartite Gothic windows on the front and side facades. Fairfield County is a county located in the U.S. state of South Carolina. As of the 2020 census, its population was 20,948. Its county seat is Winnsboro. The Greek Revival was an architectural movement which began in the middle of the 18th century but which particularly flourished in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, predominantly in northern Europe and the United States and Canada, but also in Greece itself following independence in 1832.
