Fogo de Chão () is a Brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse ('' churrascaria)'' with locations throughout the world. The restaurant specializes in barbecued meats and sides. The restaurant was founded by two brothers, Arri and Jair Coser, with the first location in the Brazilian city, Porto Alegre, thereafter expanding globally.
