Fly One Time
"Fly One Time" is a song by singer-songwriter Ben Harper and rock band Relentless7. It is the seventh track on their 2009 album, ''White Lies for Dark Times'', and was released as the album's second single. The song was first performed by Harper and Relentless7 in October 2008 at the Chevrolet centre in Youngstown, Ohio. Writing and recording In an interview with Spinner, Harper says the song is about "taking a risk - not allowing complacency to step in as a daily ritual." He adds, "It's really about stepping out of your life and stepping to it." Ben Harper and Relentless7 produced a music video for the song. Benjamin Chase Harper (born October 28, 1969) is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Harper plays an eclectic mix of blues, folk, soul, reggae, and rock music and is known for his guitar-playing skills, vocals, live performances, and activism. He has released twelve regular studio albums, mostly through Virgin Records, and has toured internationally. Harper is a three-time Grammy Award winner and seven-time nominee, with awards for Best Pop Instrumental Performance and Best Traditional Soul Gospel Album in 2004 and Best Blues Album in 2013. Relentless7
Relentless7 was an American rock band, formed in 2008 by singer/guitarist Ben Harper. The band was composed of Harper (guitar, lead vocals), Jason Mozersky (lead guitar), Jesse Ingalls (bass), and Jordan Richardson (drums). History Ben Harper formed Relentless7 with guitarist Jason Mozersky after discovering and eventually touring with Mozersky’s former band, Wan Santo Condo. Harper discovered Wan Santo Condo though lead singer Bob Via, who at the time was working for an Austin music promoter and was chauffeuring Harper to a gig. ''Shimmer and Shine'' is an American animated television series created by Farnaz Esnaashari-Charmatz and produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio. Chevrolet Centre
The Covelli Centre is a multi-purpose arena in Youngstown, Ohio, United States. It opened in 2005, thanks in a large part to a $26 million HUD redevelopment grant secured in 2000 by Congressman James Traficant, James A. Traficant Jr. It is home to the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League.
