''Fly by Night'' is a Canadian adventure series that aired for one season in 1991 as part of CBS' '' Crimetime After Primetime'' programming block in the United States. Co-produced by France, Canada and the U.S., the show stars David James Elliott as Mack Sheppard and François Guétary as Jean-Philippe Pasteur, both pilots for a small-time airline, "Slick Air", owned by Sally "Slick" Monroe ( Shannon Tweed). David James Elliott (born September 21, 1960) is a Canadian actor who was the star of the series ''JAG (TV series), JAG'', playing lead character Harmon Rabb, Harmon Rabb Jr. from 1995 to 2005. ''Crimetime After Primetime'' is the umbrella title for a group of late-night crime-investigation shows that debuted at various times on CBS during 1991 in television, 1991 and 1992 in television, 1992, running through late summer of 1993 in television, 1993.
