State Road 51 (SR 51) is a north–south state highway in north Florida. Its northern terminus is along the overlap of US 41 and US 129. It runs southwards as the "secret" designation of US 129 to Live Oak, where it splits off and runs independently south to Steinhatchee. The Hal W. Adams Bridge carries it across the Suwannee River three miles (5 km) north of Mayo. County Road 51 runs north from US 41/129 and SR 6 in Jasper to the Georgia border. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is a decentralized agency charged with the establishment, maintenance, and regulation of public transportation in the state of Florida. The department was formed in 1969. It absorbed the powers of the State Road Department (SRD). The current Secretary of Transportation is Jared W. Perdue. Peafowl is a common name for three bird species in the genera '' Pavo'' and ''Afropavo'' within the tribe Pavonini of the family Phasianidae, the pheasants and their allies. Male peafowl are referred to as peacocks, and female peafowl are referred to as peahens, although peafowl of either sex are often referred to colloquially as "peacocks." The two Asiatic species are the blue or Indian peafowl originally of the Indian subcontinent, and the green peafowl of Southeast Asia; the one African species is the Congo peafowl, native only to the Congo Basin. Male peafowl are known for their piercing calls and their extravagant plumage. Suwannee Springs (also spelled Suwanee Springs) is an unincorporated community located on the Suwannee River in Suwannee County, Florida, United States. At least six springs comprise Suwannee Springs, of which five spill directly into the south side of the Suwannee River. The main spring flows inside a man-made wall fifteen feet high and three feet thick of limestone rock, this wall was built in the late 1890s. Suwannee Springs is a second magnitude spring with an average flow of 23.4 cubic feet per second (cfs). The spring emerges from Oligocene age limestone and discharges hard, sulphur water. Its western terminus is just west of Interstate 75 and is a continuation of County Road 136 in rural Suwannee County. Its eastern terminus is US 41 in White Springs. Route description For the most part, SR 136 serves as an access road from Interstate 75 to White Springs. The State Road designation begins west of I-75, where County Road 136 ends. The road then enters Columbia County, travelling about before crossing the Suwannee River into Hamilton County. Upon entering Haminton County (and the city of White Springs), the road is renamed Bridge Street. The Union Depot and Atlantic Coast Line Freight Station (also known as the Railroad Passenger Depot and Freight Station) is a historic site in Live Oak, Florida, United States. It is located at 208 North Ohio Avenue, on the corner of Haines Street Northeast. The station was built at one of two junctions of an Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and Seaboard Air Line Railroad lines. State Road 10 (SR 10), also known as Atlantic Boulevard, is a major east–west state highway in the U.S. state of Florida. Mostly unsigned in favor of U.S. Highway 90, it runs from the Alabama state line (Perdido River) to Atlantic Beach. The only sections that are not signed as US 90 are north of Pensacola, where US 90 uses SR 10A and SR 10 is signed as U.S. Highway 90 Alternate, and east of south Jacksonville, where US 90 uses unsigned SR 212.
