Florida State Road 390
State Road 390 (SR 390) is a two-lane state highway in Bay County, Florida. The route is signed as east-west but runs more north-south for much of its run. The western (southern) terminus is at the intersection of U.S. Route 98 (US 98)/ SR 30 and US 98 BUS/ SR 30A in St. Andrews (part of Panama City). The highway is carried by Beck Ave from this point until shortly after it crosses SR 368 (23rd St), at which point it becomes St Andrews Blvd. The route winds northeasterly into Lynn Haven, where it is carried by Tennessee Ave at one point. In Lynn Haven, the road eventually turns due east and intersects with SR 77 (Ohio Ave), and continues east until its terminus at US 231/SR 75. The portion between SR 77 and US 231 was signed as SR S-390 before being given to the county in the late 1970s, and back to the state in 2016. Panama City is a city in and the county seat of Bay County, Florida, Bay County, Florida, United States. SR 30 (FL)
State Road 30 (SR 30) is the mostly hidden Florida Department of Transportation designation for most of US 98 from the Florida-Alabama state line to east of Perry, Florida. In a 14-mile-long stretch west of Panama City, US 98 and SR 30 are separated by less than one mile (1.6 km), with SR 30 on Front Beach Road along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico in Hollywood Beach, Laguna Beach, and Panama City Beach, and US 98 inland (as unsigned State Road 30A) along Panama City Beach Parkway bypassing the beach communities. In 2009, the Florida DOT began signing Front Beach Road as SR 30, and removed US 98 Alt signs. Two segments have SR 30A signage; the other two do not as they are segments of U.S. Route 98 (US 98). State Road 368 (SR 368) is a short state road an east–west "bypass route", locally known as 23rd Street, in and around the vicinity of Panama City, Florida. The road is entirely four-lanes wide with center left-turn lanes where available, and is divided only at its eastern terminus. No roads overlap SR 368 or vice versa. Route description State Road 368 begins at U.S. Route 98 ( SR 30) in St. Andrews, next to Gulf Coast State College, and across from the Port Authority of Panama City.
