State Road 128 (SR 128), locally known as San Juan Avenue, is a east–west state highway in the inner urban Westside neighborhood of Jacksonville, in the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 103 at its western terminus to SR 211 at its eastern terminus. Route description SR 128 begins at the three-way intersection of San Juan Avenue and Lane Avenue ( SR 103), with SR 128 heading east as a four-lane street with a center turn lane through residential and commercial areas of the Hyde Grove, Hyde Park, Lake Shore, Fairfax, and Ortega neighborhoods of Jacksonville. The State Highway System of the U.S. state of Florida comprises the roads maintained by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or a toll authority. The components are referred to officially as state roads, abbreviated as SR. History Prior to the 1945 renumbering, State Roads were given numbers in the order they were added to the system. The 1945 renumbering removed many roads that were never built and added some that had not existed prior to 1945. Roosevelt Boulevard is a six lane highway on the west side of Jacksonville, Florida. State Road 11 (SR 11) is a north–south route in Flagler and Volusia Counties, running from US 17 north of DeLand to US 1 in Bunnell. Route description State Road 11 begins at US 17 near Lake Molly in northern DeLand as a one-way street until it reaches Glenwood Road which is also part of SR 11 east of US 17.
