Florian Hardy
Florian Hardy (born February 8, 1985) is a French professional ice hockey goaltender who is currently playing with Les Ducs D’Angers of Ligue Magnus France. Hardy joined Dornbirner on June 24, 2015, after his first season in the DEL with EHC München. International Hardy was named to the France men's national ice hockey team for the 2010 IIHF World Championship. He was also selected for competition at the 2014 IIHF World Championship and the 2017 IIHF World Championship. Hardy was awarded Player of the Game award in a 5-1 victory against Finland at the 2017 IIHF World Championships. The award was originally awarded to Pierre-Édouard Bellemare Pierre-Édouard Bellemare (born 6 March 1985) is a French professional ice hockey player for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). Pierre-Édouard Bellemare (born 6 March 1985) is a French professional ice hockey player for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). He has also played for the Philadelphia Flyers, Vegas Golden Knights, Colorado Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning. Playing career Europe Bellemare made France's top professional league, the Ligue Magnus in 2002 as a 17-year-old, playing with Dragons de Rouen. Showing early offensive promise, Bellemare was among Rouen's top scorers in each of his three full seasons with the club. Bellemare played in the Magnus until he was 20, before accepting an offer to play for Leksands IF, in Sweden's second tier league, HockeyAllsvenskan, in order to continue his development in stronger competition. The 2017 IIHF World Championship, the 2017 edition of the annual Ice Hockey World Championships, was held from 5 to 21 May 2017 in Cologne, Germany and Paris, France.
