Florian Fuchs
Florian Fuchs (born 10 November 1991) is a German former field hockey player who played as a forward. Career At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed for the national team in the men's tournament. After the 2016 Summer Olympic, where he won the bronze medal, he transferred from Hamburg to Dutch club Bloemendaal. In the 2018–19 season, he won his first national title by defeating Kampong in the Dutch championship final with Bloemendaal. On 28 May 2021, he was named in the squads for the 2021 EuroHockey Championship and the 2020 Summer Olympics. Fuchs was named the FIH Young Player of the Year in 2012. In September 2021, Fuchs announced that he was retiring from international hockey. After the following season he also retired from club hockey. In his last season with Bloemendaal he won the Euro Hockey League and the Dutch national title. 2021 Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship
The 2021 Men's EuroHockey Championship was the 18th edition of the Men's EuroHockey Championship, the biennial international men's field hockey championship of Europe organised by the European Hockey Federation. The tournament was held alongside the women's tournament at the Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen, Netherlands and was originally scheduled to take place from 20 to 29 August 2021. However, following the postponement of the 2020 Summer Olympics to July and August 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic the tournament was rescheduled and took place from 4 to 13 June 2021. The top five teams qualified for the 2023 FIH Hockey World Cup. The hosts Netherlands won the tournament for the sixth time, beating Germany in a 4–1 penalty shoot out after a 2–2 tie. The Nederlandse Omroep Stichting (; NOS ; English: Dutch Broadcasting Foundation) is one of the broadcasting organisations making up the Netherlands Public Broadcasting system. 2018–19 Men's Hoofdklasse Hockey
The 2018–19 Hoofdklasse was the 46th season of the Hoofdklasse, the Netherlands' highest field hockey league. It began on 26 August 2019 and it will conclude with the third match of the championship final on 26 May 2019. Kampong were the defending champions, having won the 2017–18 season by defeating Amsterdam in the championship final. The 2009 Hockey Junior World Cup was the ninth tournament of the Hockey Junior World Cup. The tournament was co-hosted in both Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Singapore from June 7 to June 21, 2009. Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup
The Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, formerly known as the Hockey Junior World Cup, is an international field hockey competition organized by the International Hockey Federation (FIH). The tournament was started in 1979. Since 1985 it has been held every four years.With the exception of the 2021 tournament,competitors must be under the age of 21 as of December 31 in the year before the tournament is held. There is also a corresponding event for the women's junior teams. This competition started in 1989 and uses the same format as the men's event. Five countries have dominated the event's history. Germany is the most successful team, having won the tournament six times followed by Argentina and India, having won the tournament two times. The 2016 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy was the 36th edition of the Hockey Champions Trophy for men. It was held between 10 and 17 June 2016 in London, United Kingdom. Australia won the tournament for a record fourteenth time after defeating India 3–1 in the final on a penalty shoot-out after a 0–0 draw.
