Florian Fischer
The Boyz was a German boy band formed in Berlin in 1996 with encouragement from music producer Triple-M. Their biggest success was in 1998 when their single "One Minute" made it to the top-10 both in Germany (No. 9) and Switzerland (No. 8). The single eventually reached the gold status in Germany selling over 250,000 units. Career Florian Fischer and Adel Tawil got acquainted through the club scene in Berlin in 1993. Tawil convinced Tarek Hussein and in 1995 the trio got the attention of Triple M-Management during a talent competition. Saxophonist, Salvatore Di Blasi, joined the group through the same competition. The fifth member, Stephane Claudio Kroll-Marongiu, was a Berlin resident and a model was last to join. Contemporary R&B
Contemporary R&B (or simply R&B) is a popular music genre that combines rhythm and blues with elements of pop, soul, funk, hip hop, and electronic music. The genre features a distinctive record production style, drum machine-backed rhythms, pitch corrected vocals, and a smooth, lush style of vocal arrangement. Adel Tawil
Adel Salah Mahmoud Eid El-Tawil (born 15 August 1978) is a German singer, songwriter and producer. Besides his solo career, he is part of the popular German duo Ich + Ich and a former member of the boy band The Boyz. Early life Tawil was born in Berlin. His father Salah Tawil is Egyptian and his mother is Tunisian. He is the first born of three, having a younger brother, Hatem, and a sister, Rascha. Tarek Hussein (born 3 July 1978), better known by his stage name Tarééc, is a German R&B singer of Lebanese and Palestinian descent. He was previously part of the German boy band The Boyz where he was known as T-Soul. The Boyz Through the talent show ''Blonds Talent Award'', Hussein got discovered and shortly thereafter made his first studio recording and became a member of the boy band The Boyz in 1996. Annette Humpe
Annette Humpe (born 28 October 1950) is a German singer, songwriter, and record producer. Her band Ideal was one of the most important and seminal representatives of the Neue Deutsche Welle. In 2004, she returned as a singer with the project Ich + Ich after a longer break. Early life Humpe spent her childhood in Herdecke and Bad Pyrmont, where she graduated from high school in 1971. Following six semesters of studying composition and piano in Cologne, she moved to Berlin in 1974, where she started performing in various bands. Her younger sister Inga Humpe is a musician as well and they have worked on various joint projects. Career Humpe achieved first commercial successes in 1979 with the band Neonbabies, which was founded by her and her sister Inga. They disbanded in 1983. Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi (born 28 September 1978), better known by his alias Bushido, is a German rapper, hip-hop producer, and entrepreneur. He is also the co-founder of the record label ersguterjunge. Raised in Berlin, Ferchichi came in contact with hip-hop through graffiti and his friend and fellow rapper Fler.
