Florentino Ávidos
Florentino Ávidos (November 18, 1870 – February 28, 1956) was a Brazilian politician. He was the 17th ''president'' (governor) of the Brazilian state of Espirito Santo, and, later, a senator of that state on Brazilian Senate. Career He was an engineer by trade and was elected for governor of Espirito Santo ''Espirito'' (Brazilian for "Spirit") is the second album by Lawson Rollins. Rollins composed all of the music and co-produced the album with Persian-American musician and producer Shahin Shahida (of Shahin & Sepehr) and multi-platinum producer Do ... in 1924. He governed the state from May 23, 1924 to June 30, 1928. he built roads and bridges in order to improve the communications in the state, being the most important the "Five Bridges Complex" connecting the Isle of Vitória to the continent and to the Isle of the Prince as well. Nestor Gomes (8 September 1875 – 9 March 1941) was a Brazilian politician. He was state representative in Espirito Santo's Chamber of Representatives, ''president'' (governor) of Espirito Santo, and Senator of Espirito Santo in the Brazilian Senate. Aristeu Borges de Aguiar ( Vitória ES, May 23, 1892 - Rio de Janeiro RJ September 1, 1951) was a Brazilian lawyer, teacher and politician. Early career He graduated in Laws in Rio de Janeiro in 1915 and worked in Vitória as a public law attorney. In 1919, he began working as a teacher of World's History and Brazilian History at the school Gymnasium of Espirito Santo. Political career In 1924, by invitation of the governor Florentino Ávidos, he occupied the functions of state's secretary for Education, for a brief time. In 1928, he was elected the 18th ''president'' (governor) of the state of Espírito Santo. It was in the time of his term as governor that the Wall Street's crisis took place, which especially affected Espirito Santo's economy, mostly dependent on the monoculture of the coffee back in that days. Espírito Santo (, , ; ) is a state in southeastern Brazil. Its capital is Vitória, and its largest city is Serra.
