Flore Levine-Cousyns was born in Antwerp in Belgium on December 6, 1898 and died in Antwerp on April 14, 1989. She was a concert pianist, Professor of Piano at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp (1931-1964) and was appointed Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Couronne and Chevalier de l’Ordre de Léopold. She herself was a disciple of Émile Bosquet.note: Bosquet was born in Brussels in 1878 and died in Brussels in 1958, a virtuoso pianist of international reputation, who studied with Ferruccio Busoni. Flore (or Flora) Revalles (January 25, 1889 – August 29, 1966) was a Swiss entertainer active over the early decades of the twentieth century. Revalles began as a singer in Switzerland, danced with the Ballets Russes in Europe and America and appeared in Broadway and Hollywood productions before resuming her singing career in Europe. She is also remembered for being an aunt of the French film star Guy Tréjan (1921–2001).
