Alessandra Flora (born 25 September 1975) is an Italian lyricist, composer and entrepreneur. SIAE records almost 50 songs in her name; her most important successes are those of Gianni Morandi, Raf, Noemi, Nina Zilli, Malika Ayane and Emma Marrone. Biography She approached music, particularly the piano, at the age of 6. She graduated in law at the age of 23 and she began to travel to and from Milan, London and Rome. In 1998 she began to manage the family business. Dom Flora
Dominick Anthony Flora (June 12, 1935 – July 5, 2021) was an All-American college basketball standout at Washington and Lee University (W&L), located in Lexington, Virginia. Flora played for the W&L Generals from 1954–55 to 1957–58. Dom Flora was a native of Jersey City, New Jersey and played high school football, baseball, and basketball for William L. Dickinson High School. A point guard, Flora was an explosive scorer whose accurate jump shot and crisp ball-handling ability helped him average 21 points per game for his career. He was able to score despite being double– and triple–teamed by opposing defenses, and his aggressive style of play led him to become one of the most prolific free throw shooters in NCAA Division I history. As of the conclusion of the 2011–12 season, Flora's 696 free throws made are still in the top 25 all-time in Division I history. He shot 696-for-954 (73.0%) in 109 career games played. Don Flora (born September 9, 1968) was a head coach of the Texas Tech Red Raiders volleyball team. Flora became the head coach on January 7, 2011, replacing Trish Kissiar-Knight. James Flora (January 25, 1914 ‒ July 9, 1998), best known for his distinctive and idiosyncratic album cover art for RCA Victor and Columbia Records during the 1940s and 1950s, was also a prolific commercial illustrator from the 1940s to the 1970s and the author/illustrator of 17 popular children's books. He was a fine artist as well, who created hundreds of paintings, drawings, etchings and sketches over his 84-year life.
