Flodder
''Flodder'' is a 1986 Dutch comedy film written and directed by Dick Maas, and distributed by First Floor Features. It is the first film in the Flodder franchise and is followed by two more films and a spin-off series. The film follows an anti-social, dysfunctional family who move to an affluent, upper-class neighbourhood as part of a social experiment which results in mayhem as the Flodder family refuses to adapt. ''Flodder'' absurd humour and politically incorrect satire ridiculing the Dutch welfare state resulted in mixed reviews. However it was the most popular Dutch film of the year and one of the top 10 of all-time with 2.3 million admissions and still attracts a cult following and in 2007 was admitted to the Canon van de Nederlandse Film. '' Flodder 3 '' (Alternative titles: ''Flodder Forever'' or ''Flodder: The Final Story'') is a 1995 Dutch comedy film directed by Dick Maas. It is the third and last movie about the anti-social family, called 'Flodder'. The movie is a continuation of the similar TV series, not the previous two movies. Different from the first two movies, son Kees is now played by actor Stefan de Walle and Johnnie Flodder is now played by Coen van Vrijberghe de Coningh, the same actor as in the TV series. It was the second most popular Dutch film of the year. Tatjana Šimić
Tatjana Šimić (born 9 June 1963), also known by the mononym Tatjana, is a Croatian-Dutch model, actress and singer. Biography Šimić was born in Zagreb, PR Croatia, Yugoslavia on 9 June 1963, but moved with her mother and sister to Rotterdam in 1979 at the age of 16. Bert André
Hubertus Antonius Gerardus Maria "Bert" André (August 6, 1941 – May 21, 2008) was a Dutch actor who started his career in theater and later became known to the greater audiences through his roles in various movies and TV series. Biography He started his career as a teacher in Maastricht but moved to Antwerp in 1964, where he studied theater improvisation in what later was known as the Studio Herman Teirlinck. Among his course mates were Jan Decleir and Mike Verdrengh. One of the first big screen roles was his portrayal of the neighbour Neuteboom in the first and third film about the Flodder (1986) family which resulted in consequent movies and TV series. Dick Maas
Dirk Herman Willem Maas (Dick) (born 15 April 1951) is a Dutch film director, screenwriter, film producer and film composer. Maas achieved fame after the success of his music videos for the Dutch band Golden Earring, including "Twilight Zone (Golden Earring song), Twilight Zone" and the controversial "When the Lady Smiles," and his films ''De Lift'', ''Amsterdamned'' and ''Flodder'' in the 1980s. Maas also directed the controversial Saint Nicolas slasher ''Sint'' (Saint Nick) and one episode of the TV series ''Young Indiana Jones''.
