This is a list of characters in the '' Dragonlance'' series of fantasy novels and related fantasy role-playing game materials. It includes accounts of their early lives in the series. Characters Alhana Starbreeze Alhana Starbreeze, Silvanesti Elf, is first introduced in '' Dragons of Winter Night'' as the daughter of Speaker of the Stars Lorac Caladon. During the War of the Lance, Alhana leads her people in exile to Ergoth. She later brings the Heroes of the Lance to Silvanesti where they encounter the nightmare and fight the dragon Cyan Bloodbane. Alhana fell in love with Sturm Brightblade and even gave him a starjewel, but their love could never be, and he died soon afterwards. She later marries Porthios Kanan and works with him to eradicate the dream from Silvanesti. Although their marriage is chilly and mainly political, they eventually grow to love each other. ''Dragons of Spring Dawning'' is a 1985 fantasy novel by American writers Tracy Hickman and Margaret Weis. The third book in the ''Dragonlance Chronicles'' series, it continues the events from ''Dragons of Winter Night'' (1985) and sets up the premise of the ''Dragonlance Legends'' trilogy, also written by Weis and Hickman. Originally published in September 1985, the novel has seen multiple reprints with the latest reprint in March 2004. It has also been adapted into a 12-issue comic book series. ''Dragons of Winter Night'' is a fantasy novel by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. Based on the ''Dungeons & Dragons'' gaming modules, it is the second book in the Chronicles Trilogy, preceded by ''Dragons of Autumn Twilight'' and followed by ''Dragons of Spring Dawning''. It was the second ''Dragonlance'' novel, being released in 1985. It is the second novel in the ''Dragonlance Chronicles'' trilogy, which along with the '' Legends Trilogy'' introduces the ''Dragonlance'' world. Specifically, it details the darker days of the War of the Lance. The novel is part of the beginning of the entire series. It departs from the original game session that ''Dragons of Autumn Twilight'' was based upon, but is still based on the events of the previous novel. Tasslehoff Burrfoot
Tasslehoff Burrfoot (often called Tas) is a fictional character of the kender race from the Dragonlance series of novels, written by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. He was born in Kendermore. His parents are unknown and he has few known relatives. He has a sister, and also claims (like many other kender) to have an Uncle Trapspringer. He has three uncles, by the names of Remo Lockpick, Bertie, and Wilfre. He also has a cousin, Latchlifter Furrfoot.
