Leo-Pekka Tähti
Leo-Pekka Tähti (born 22 June 1983 in Pori, Finland) is a Finish Track and field, athlete and Paralympian competing mainly in category T54 sprint events. Career He won the gold medal in the 100m and 200m events at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, Greece. He also competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China, winning a gold medal in the men's 100 metres – T54 event and a bronze medal in the men's 200 metres – T54 event. At the 2012 Paralympics in London, United Kingdom, he won the gold medal in the 100 metre T54 event after recording a new world record 13.63 in the qualifying round. Archery At The 2016 Summer Paralympics – Men's Individual Compound W1
The Men's individual compound W1 archery discipline at the 2016 Summer Paralympics was contested from September 10 to September 16. Ranking rounds took place on 10 September, while knockout rounds continued on September 16. In the ranking rounds each archer shot 72 arrows, and was seeded according to score. In the knock-out stages each archer shot three arrows per set against an opponent, the scores being aggregated. Losing semifinalists compete in a bronze medal match. As the field contained 15 archers, the highest ranked archer in the ranking round, Turkey's Omer Asik (archer), Omer Asik, received a bye into the quarter-final round. Ranking Round PR = Paralympic Record. The ranking round of the men's individual compound W1 event was held on 10 September. Omer Asik (archer), Omer Asik of Turkey set a Paralympic ranking round record of 648 from his 72 arrows, earning a bye into the quarter-final round.

Jean-Pierre Antonios
Jean-Pierre Antonios (born 30 January 1965 in Kuwait) is a Finnish- Kuwaiti Paralympic archer who competes at international archery competitions. He is a World champion and double European champion in the compound bow. Antonios was a militant for the Lebanese Forces until the late 1980s then emigrated to Finland as an asylum seeker in 1990. He visited his home nation of Lebanon in 1997, on his way to the country, he contracted campylobacter which resulted in his central nervous system get destroyed and was diagnosed with Gullain Barré syndrome. He returned to Finland and was put on a ventilator for three months, he spent a total of thirteen months in the hospital and he used a wheelchair since then. In 2000, he was granted Finnish citizenship and also took up archery then competed internationally in 2002. Henry Manni
Henry Manni (born 18 June 1992) is a Finnish athlete and paracanoeist who has competed and medaled in both fields at World Championship level. In Paracanoeing he won a bronze medal in the K-1 200 m TA event at the 2010 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Poznań. Manni later switched to athletics as a wheelchair sprinter in the T34 classification. In 2013 he won a bronze in the World Championships in the 200m event, following this with four golds in the 2014 European Championships and three further World championship medals in 2015. Personal history Manni was born in Lahti, Finland in 1992. He was born with paraparesis which saw his ability to walk unaided deteriorated from a young age. He obtained a degree in physical education from Pajulahti Sports Institute in Nastola. His younger brother Tuomas is also a para-athlete, competing in triathlon events. T34 (classification)
T34 is a disability sport classification for disability athletics. The classification is one of eight specifically for athletes with cerebral palsy, and one of four for athletes with cerebral palsy who use a wheelchair. People in this class have hypertonia, ataxia and athetosis. This class includes people who have cerebral palsy, or who have had a stroke or traumatic brain injury.
