Garapan ( Old Japanese name: 柄帆町, ''Garapan-chō'') is the largest village and the center of the tourism industry on the island of Saipan, which is a part of the United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The 2007 Northern Mariana Championship was the second season of top-flight football in Northern Marianas Islands and the first to include a play-off phase. The competition was won by Fiesta Inter Saipan who defeated FC Arirang 3–1 in the final. The 2008 Northern Mariana Championship was the third season of top-flight football in Northern Marianas Islands. The league was divided into two parts, the Winter League and the Fall League.
