Fichtelnaab
The Fichtelnaab is a river in Upper Franconia and the Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany. It rises in the Fichtelgebirge and flows into the Waldnaab near Windischeschenbach. Course The source of the ''Fichtelnaab'' is located on the southeastern slope of the Ochsenkopf () northwest of Fichtelberg and west of the Fichtelsee (10.5 hectares and 752 m above NN). From there it flows southeast through the villages of Fichtelberg and Mehlmeisel in the district of Tirschenreuth. Fichtel Mountains

Fichtelberg (Oberfranken)
Fichtelberg is a municipality in the district of Bayreuth in Bavaria in Germany. It is a state-recognised climatic spa. Geography Fichtelberg lies on the southeastern slopes of the Ochsenkopf, the second highest summit of the Fichtelgebirge mountains, and the most populous place in the Fichtelgebirge Nature Park. Fichtelberg lies on a major European watershed. Two rivers rise above the suburb of Neubau, the White Main, one of the two headstreams of the Main, which flows westwards to the Rhine, and the Fichtelnaab, which flows south and enters the Danube. The Waldnaab ( Northern Bavarian: ''Woidnaab'', cs, Lesní Nába, in its upper course: ''Tirschenreuther Waldnaab'') is the left-hand, eastern and longest headstream of the River Naab in the Upper Palatinate (Bavaria, Germany). Tirschenreuth ( Northern Bavarian: ''Landgreis Tirschenreith'') is a ''Landkreis'' (district) in the northeastern part of Bavaria, Germany. Ochsenkopf (Fichtelgebirge)
The Ochsenkopf () is the second-highest mountain in the Fichtel Mountains with a height of . On its summit is an observation tower (the ''Asenturm'') and a Ochsenkopf TV Tower, transmission tower for VHF and TV programmes by Bayerischer Rundfunk. There are cable cars to the Ochsenkopf from south and north. The valley stations are, in the north, in the village of Bischofsgrün and, in the south, in Fleckl, part of the municipality of Warmensteinach. In winter there is skiing on the Ochsenkopf. In summer a sommerrodelbahn (dry toboggan run) can be used. This is accessible from the northern valley station. In addition since July 2007 there has been a tree-walk (''Kletterwald''), that can be used by individuals or groups.
