North Macedonia, ; sq, Maqedonia e Veriut, (Macedonia before February 2019), officially the Republic of North Macedonia,, is a country in Southeast Europe. Si-Do
Detski Muzicki Festival Si-Do is a children's festival held annually in Bitola, North Macedonia. Held in November, it has gained much support from the audience in recent years. Children from across the country participated on this event which usually consisted of 15–20 songs. This festival was supported by the children center"Bitola" from Bitola which organizes this event under a different topic every year. The name of the festival was derived from Petar Sidovski, a famous Bitola composer. The Ohrid Swimming Marathon (Macedonian: Охридски Пливачки Маратон, ''Ohridski Plivački Maraton'') is an international Open water swimming competition, established in always taking place in the waters of the Ohrid Lake, Republic of North Macedonia. Kumanovo
Kumanovo ( mk, Куманово ; also known by other #Etymology, alternative names) is a city in North Macedonia and the seat of Kumanovo Municipality, the List of municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia by population, largest municipality in the country. Galičnik
Galičnik ( mk, Галичник) is a mountain village in North Macedonia and along with Lazaropole is one of the two biggest and oldest Mijak villages in the region. Galičnik has well-preserved traditional architecture, including an amphitheater in the village square, and is famous for its surrounding countryside and nature reserve. Manaki Brothers Film Festival
The International Cinematographers Film Festival "Manaki Brothers" (known short as Manaki Film Festival) is an annual international film festival organized by the Macedonian Film Professionals Association (MFPA). The festival is held in Bitola, the town where most of the activities of the Aromanian brothers Yanaki and Milton Manaki were organized. They were the filmmakers, who in 1905 filmed in Avdela the first motion pictures in the Ottoman Balkans. Each year the festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of Macedonia and the President of North Macedonia. Galičnik Wedding Festival
The Galičnik Wedding Festival ( mk, Галичка свадба) is an annual festival held in the village of Galičnik (North Macedonia) near the city of Debar in which a selected couple gets married in the traditional "Galička" style wedding. Traditionally the wedding lasted for 5 days with the main activities on St. Peter and Paul's Day (12 July) every year. It was the only period of the year when couples got married. Today it is part of the festival "Galičko Leto" (Galičnik Summer) and it is a two-day event held on the weekend nearest to 12 July and it serves as a cultural and tourist attraction.
