Rosina Ferrario
Rosina Ferrario (1888–1959) was the first Italian woman to receive a pilot's licence when she passed her test on 3 January 1913 at Vizzola, Lombardy, in a Caproni monoplane. She received Licence No. 203 from the Aeroclub of Italy. Biography Born into an affluent bourgeois family, Ferrario worked as a clerk. She was an avid sportswoman and mountain climber, as well as a keen cyclist. After receiving her pilot's licence, she took part in several demonstrations and exhibition flights in 1913 and 1914, for example in Naples, Rome and Como. In October 1913, in connection with celebrations for the 100th anniversary of Giuseppe Verdi's birth in Busseto, she flew alongside Achille Landini. In June 1913, she spent a day in a hot air balloon with Erminio Donner Flori, flying from Milan to Lodi. Ferario Spasov (Bulgarian: Ферарио Спасов; born 20 February 1962 in Dupnitsa) is a Bulgarian football coach. Managerial career He has been manager of Litex Lovech and CSKA Sofia. From 1 April 2016 he became the manager of Etar Veliko Tarnovo after Boncho Genchev secured the position of chairman of the zonal council of BFU in Veliko Tarnovo. Founded by Enzo Ferrari (1898–1988) in 1939 from the Alfa Romeo racing division as ''Auto Avio Costruzioni'', the company built its first car in 1940, and produced its first Ferrari-badged car in 1947. Stefano Ferrario (born 28 March 1985) is an Italian footballer who plays for Serie D club Cattolica. Club career Ferrario started his career at Calcio Como. On 25 August 2005 Ferrario was signed by Ternana as a free agent. In 2007, he was sold to Ravenna in a co-ownership deal. In June 2009 Ravenna signed him outright. Rino Ferrario (; 7 December 1926 – 19 September 2012) was an Italian footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career As a defensive midfielder, Ferrario became a starter at Juventus, winning the position from Carlo Parola. At Juventus, he won two Serie A championships, the first in 1952 and the other in 1958 as well as one Coppa Italia before ending his career with cross-city rivals Torino at thirty-five years of age. International career Ferrario was one of five players selected to represent the Italian national team at the 1954 World Cup that did not play during the cup (among others; Sergio Cervato, Leonardo Costagliola, Guido Gratton and, Gino Pivatelli). William James Ferrario (born September 22, 1978 in Scranton, Pennsylvania) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League primarily with the Green Bay Packers. Early years Ferrario graduated from West Scranton High School. He is an Eagle Scout. College career Ferrario was a second-team All-Big Ten guard at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he paved the way for Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne and Michael Bennett.
