Fernando Damián Tissone Rodrigues (born 24 July 1986) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Eccellenza club Sangiustese. Career Early career Tissone was born in Quilmes, Buenos Aires Province. He started his football career in Independiente's youth system before moving to neighbours Lanús. Udinese and making 26 Serie A appearances for the club, mainly as a substitute. Quilmes () is a city on the coast of the Río de la Plata, Rio de la Plata, in the , on the south east of the Greater Buenos Aires. Christian Tiboni (born 6 April 1988) is an Italian footballer who plays as a striker for S.S.D. San Nicolò Calcio. Club career Christian began his career at Atalanta as a youth player. Christian made one Serie B appearance for Atalanta during the 2005–2006 season, and his potential later persuaded Udinese to buy half of his contractual rights for the start of the 2006–2007 season. and exchanged with Fernando Tissone. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958.
