Fernando Alarcón
Fernando Rubén Alarcón (born 16 June 1994) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Argentine Primera División side Instituto. Career Alarcón moved into the Rosario Central first-team in May 2015, when he was an unused substitute for a Copa Argentina tie with Deportivo Riestra. Alarcón joined Deportivo Roca on loan on 8 July 2016, but returned to Argentine Primera División side Rosario Central later that month for personal reasons. He subsequently was loaned to fellow Primera División team Talleres in August. Despite remaining for the entire 2016–17 season, he failed to make an appearance for Talleres; appearing on the bench once. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The 2018–19 Argentine Primera B Nacional was the 34th season of the Argentine second division. The season began on 25 August 2018 and ended on 8 June 2019. Twenty-five teams competed in the league, seventeen returning from the 2017–18 season, four teams that were relegated from Primera División and two teams promoted from Federal A and B Metropolitana. Competition format Twenty-five teams played each other once for a total of twenty-four matches each. The champion earns promotion to the Primera División. The Torneo Federal A (in English "Federal A Tournament") is one of the two professional leagues that form the regionalised third level of the Argentine football league system, along with Primera B Metropolitana. The competition was established in 2014 as a result of a change in the structure of the league system, replacing Torneo Argentino A. Federal A is organised by "Consejo Federal", a division of the Argentine Football Association. Clubs in Federal A have indirect membership in AFA unlike clubs in Primera B, which have direct membership. The 2016–17 Argentine Torneo Federal A, was the 4th season of the third tier of the Argentine football league system. The tournament is reserved for teams indirectly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA have to play the Primera B Metropolitana, which is the other third tier competition. The 2018–19 Argentine Primera División – Superliga Argentina (officially the Superliga Quilmes Clásica for sponsorship reasons) was the 129 season of top-flight professional football in Argentina.
