Fermín Lomba
Fermín Amadeo Agustín Lomba de la Pedraja (7 July 1877 – 20 April 1946) was a Spanish footballer who played as a midfielder and forward for Catalá FC and Hispania AC in 1900 and 1901, helping the later club became the first-ever to win an official title in Spanish football, the 1900–01 Copa Macaya, which was the very first football competition played on the Iberian Peninsula. His older brother José was also a footballer. Early life Fermín Lomba was born on 7 July 1877 in Marina de Cudeyo, Cantabria, as the child of José Ramón Lomba de los Cuetos (1830–1891) and Amanda de la Pedraja Cuesta (1840–1928). Enrique Ramón Morris de Olea, also known as Henry Morris or Morris II (1874 - Unknown), was an Anglo-Filipino football pioneer and a prominent forward for FC Barcelona. His brothers, Samuel and Miguel, also played football, and together with them, he was one of the first pioneers of football in Catalonia, playing for several experimental teams in the 1890s such as ''Barcelona Football Club'' and ''Sociedad de Foot-Ball de Barcelona''. Samuel Alfredo Morris de Olea (1870 - 23 August 1935), was an Anglo-Filipino football pioneer who played as a goalkeeper for some of the earliest Catalan clubs in existence. The Catalan football championship ''(Campionat de Catalunya)'' was a football competition in Catalonia and the first football league in Spain before La Liga was established in 1929. The Hispania Athletic Club Tournament–Alfonso Macaya Cup, popularly known as the Copa Macaya, was a football competition contested by clubs from Catalonia which ran from 1900 until 1903, disappearing at the same time of its organizers, Hispania AC, who won the first edition in 1901. Initially, the championship was open to all Spanish clubs, thus some historians consider this cup to be the first national championship in Spain, as well as the predecessor and forerunner for the Catalan football championship which began in 1903. Until that point, the teams founded at the end of 1899 and during 1900 had been limited to playing friendly games only. Carlos Soley
Carlos Soley Güell (1 January 1885 – 12 October 1941) was a Costa Rican footballer who played as a goalkeeper and a midfielder for Spanish club FC Barcelona at the turn of the century. Joseph Black (footballer)
Joseph Black was a Scottish footballer who played as a forward for Spanish club FC Barcelona. The dates of his birth and death are unknown. He and his brother, Alexander, were part of the infamous group of Scottish workers that formed Escocès FC at the start of 1900, and he was also one of the first Scottish players to ever play for Barcelona. Gustavo Gren Córdoba (10 May 1880 - 9 November 1965), better known as Gustavo Green, as he was often mentioned in the press of his time (Gustavo H. Green y Córdoba ), was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward for FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol. After spending his childhood in a south London neighborhood, he settled in Barcelona and began playing friendlies with Escocès FC, Catalá FC, and ''Team Roig''. He was captain of the side that won the very first official title in Spanish football, the 1900–01 Copa Macaya with Hispania AC.
