Feminist Initiative (Sweden)
Feminist Initiative ( sv, Feministiskt initiativ; abbreviated FI, Fi, or F!) is a feminist political party in Sweden. The party was formed in 2005 from a pressure group of the same name, and has since taken part in every election to the Riksdag and the European Parliament. The party won its first elected representative in 2014, with Soraya Post taking one seat in the European Parliament. Fi received 3.1% of the vote in the 2014 general election, the best result in its history, and won seats in thirteen municipalities in the 2014 municipal elections – including in Sweden's largest cities of Gothenburg and Stockholm, where it became part of governing " red-green-pink" coalitions. Support for Feminist Initiative dwindled, however, and the party only managed to obtain 0.4% of the vote in the 2018 general election, making it the largest political party without representation in the Riksdag. Feminist Initiative ( no, Feministisk initiativ; abbreviated FI) is a political party in Norway. It defines itself as a feminist party, based on inclusion and intersectionality. The party was founded in 2015, based on a party with the same name in Sweden. The Norwegian party ran during the 2015 local elections, with municipal lists in Oslo and Bergen, and a county list in Hordaland Hordaland () was a county in Norway, bordering Sogn og Fjordane, Buskerud, Telemark, and Rogaland counties. Hordaland was the third largest county, after Akershus and Oslo, by population. The county government was the Hordaland County Municipal ..., but failed to win any seats. The party then ran for the 2017 parliamentary election, but, with only 696 votes, were far away from winning any seats. Feminist Initiative did not run during the 2019 local elections. Feminist Initiative (Poland)
The Feminist Initiative ( pl, Inicjatywa Feministyczna, IF) was a minor centre-left Polish political party advocating for women's rights. It was registered on 11 January 2007 and was known as Women's Party ( pl, Partia Kobiet) until the 27th of August 2016. It was dissolved on 19 January 2020. This party worked to strengthen and defend women's rights, abortion rights, LGBT rights, asylum rights and refugee rights. In the 21 October 2007 National Assembly election, the party won 0.28% of the popular vote and no seats in the Sejm or the Senate of Poland. In 2011 general election, the party unsuccessfully stood candidates for election to the Sejm from the Democratic Left Alliance lists. In 2016 "Women's Party" was renamed "Feminist Initiative". After 13 years of existence, in early 2020 the party was dissolved.
