Femi Akinwande
Obafemi Karl Akinwande (born 1 May 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Hastings United. Akinwande began his career in Millwall's youth academy and spent nine years there before joining Dartford in 2013. During his time at Dartford, he spent time on loan at Walton Casuals and Leatherhead respectively. He signed for Fisher in January 2015. Akinwande then joined Maldon & Tiptree for the 2015–16 season, and after 12 goals in 18 appearances in just three months with the club, he joined Colchester United's academy on a development contract until the end of the season. He made his professional Football League debut for Colchester in March 2016. He later joined Bishop's Stortford, made a return to Maldon & Tiptree, and played for East Thurrock United on loan in the 2016–17 season. Forwards (also known as attackers) are outfield positions in an association football team who play the furthest up the pitch and are therefore most responsible for scoring goals as well as assisting them. As with any attacking player, the role of the forward relies heavily on being able to create space for attack. The Kent Senior Cup is an English football competition played between senior clubs in the county of Kent. It is administered by the Kent County Football Association. History The Kent Badge preceded the Kent Senior Cup, and was won in its three-year history by Chatham. This competition was replaced by the Kent Senior Cup in 1889. Between 1894 and 1897 the cup was awarded to the Kent League champions. The 2019–20 season was the 140th season of competitive association football in England. The season was suspended 13 March 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the first time that an entire football season was suspended since the 1939-40 season was abandoned due to the onset of World War II. The Isthmian League () is a regional men's football league covering Greater London, East and South East England, featuring mostly semi-professional clubs. The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. The National League South was introduced in 2004 as part of a major restructuring of the National League System. Each year the champion of the league is automatically promoted to the National League.
