Felipe Nogueira
Felipe Carvalho Nogueira (born 10 June 1983) is a former Brazilian footballer. Career After graduating from Santos youth football system, Felipe played professional football as a defender. He played in the Campeonato Mineiro with Uberaba Sport Club, Araxá Esporte Clube, Nacional Futebol Clube (MG), and Guarani Esporte Clube (MG). He also had spells with Francana and Atlanta Silverbacks. After he retired from playing in February 2014, Felipe trained to become a football manager, initially working as an assistant manager at former clubs Nacional and Uberaba. By 2018, Felipe had started his own business and declined an opportunity to rejoin Uberaba as assistant manager. College Nogueira played college soccer for Lincoln Memorial University. His strength combined with his athleticism and skills make him an excellent defender. Uberaba
Uberaba () is a city in the state of Minas Gerais, southeast Brazil. It is located in the Brazilian Highlands at above sea level on the Uberaba River, and away from the state capital, Belo Horizonte. In 2012, the Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, the fourth division of the Brazilian League, was contested for the fourth time. Forty clubs competed, four of which eventually qualified for the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C to be contested in 2013. Competition format The 40 teams were divided in eight groups of 5, playing in a double round-robin format. The two best ranked in each group at the end of 10 rounds qualified for the second stage, which was played in home-and-away system. Winners advanced to the third stage. These quarterfinal winners were promoted to the Série C 2013. It will be contested by 40 clubs, four of which will eventually qualify to the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C to be contested in 2014. The Copa do Brasil ( en, Brazil Cup) is a knockout football competition played by 92 teams, representing all 26 Brazilian states plus the Federal District. It is the Brazilian domestic cup and the Brazilian equivalent of the FA Cup, Taça de Portugal, Copa del Rey, Scottish Cup and Copa Argentina. Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D) is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on April 9, 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it will be reduced to 64 clubs. USL League Two (USL2), formerly the Premier Development League (PDL), is a semi-professional developmental soccer league sponsored by United Soccer Leagues in the United States and Canada, forming part of the United States soccer league system.
