Felipe Gustavo (born 22 February 1991) is a Brazilian professional skateboarder who is specialized in Street skateboarding. Early life Felipe Gustavo was born on 22 February 1991 in Brasília, Brazil. Felipe began skateboarding at the age of seven after being introduced to the sport by his two older brothers. Career In 2007, Felipe's father sold their family car to buy himself and Felipe tickets to travel to the 2007 Tampa Am contest in Tampa, Florida. Felipe won the contest, gaining him both national and international fame. Afterwards, he joined the elite team at skateboarding company Plan B Skateboards. In November 2013, Felipe went professional. His inaugural season at Street League Skateboarding in 2015 was slowed by injuries. Also, in 2015, Felipe won the Make the Switch Award at Red Bull Hart Lines in Detroit, Michigan. Letícia Bufoni e Silva (born April 13, 1993) is a Brazilian-American professional street skateboarder. She is a six-time X Games gold medalist. Early life Bufoni was born in São Paulo. She began skating at age nine, and her grandmother bought her first skateboard when she was 11. "I grew up in the street playing sports all the time. We didn't have computers, no smartphones. All of the kids started skating, so I did too." "My dad broke my board so I wouldn't skate anymore. The 2020 Summer Olympics men's street skateboarding competition occurred on 25 July 2021 at Ariake Urban Sports Park in Tokyo, Japan. It was originally scheduled to be held in 2020, but on 24 March 2020, the Olympics were postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
