Felipe Barreto Adão (born 26 November 1985) is a Football in Brazil, Brazilian footballer who currently plays as Forward (association football), forward. He made his Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, Brazilian Série A debut in 2006 and earned a contract from Switzerland. However, he then returned to Brazil for lower divisions. Football career Son of Cláudio Adão, he started his professional career at Figueirense Futebol Clube, Figueirense, where he signed a three-month deal on 9 May 2005. He then left for Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas, Botafogo on 1 September 2005. He was signed by Atlético Clube Goianiense, Atlético Goianiense in March 2007 until the end of 2007 Campeonato Goiano. This Campeonato Carioca was the 109th edition of football of FFERJ (Federação de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, or Rio de Janeiro State Football Federation). It started play on January 24, 2009 and ended on May 3, 2009. Sixteen teams contested this edition. América and Cardoso Moreira, relegated the previous year, were replaced by Bangu and Tigres, respectively winners and runners-up of the lower level championship in 2008. 2008 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B
The Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, namely the second level of Brazilian football league system, was contested by 20 teams in 2008. Giants Corinthians played Série B for the first time after its poor season in Série A in 2007. Also, former Série A champions Bahia returned from Série C. The tournament started on May 9 and Corinthians begun defeating CRB 3-2 in São Paulo. Due to its tradition and huge number of supporters, Corinthians attracted most of the attention from the media. The club won the first six matches and never left the top of the table. Promotion came on round 32 - six matches before the end of season - after defeating Ceará 2-0 in São Paulo. In 2008, the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, the third division of the Brazilian League, was contested by 64 clubs, four of which qualified to the Série B. For the second time in history, Atlético Goianiense were crowned Série C champions. Following them, former Série A champions Guarani were also promoted, along with Campinense and Duque de Caxias. Cláudio Adalberto Adão, or simply Cláudio Adão (born in Volta Redonda, 2 July 1955), is a former Brazilian football (soccer), football player. A gifted Striker (association football), forward, Adão was the top-scorer of almost every championship he's played. His first professional club was Santos Futebol Clube, Santos FC, where he arrived in 1972. When Pelé left Santos in 1974, the club predicted a brilliant future ahead for Adão as Pelé's natural replacement. But they couldn't predict Adão would suffer a serious injury that would leave him off of the pitch for several months. Physicians believed Adão's career to be prematurely ended when Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, Flamengo's coach (sport), coach, Cláudio Coutinho (who was himself a physical fitness expert) asked his club to sign Adão.
