Helmut Federle
Helmut Federle (born 31 October 1944) is a Swiss painter. Life Federle spent his childhood and youth in St. Margrethen close to St. Gallen in Switzerland. In 1959, he created his first small paintings with his initials HF as a motif. From 1964, Federle studied at the School of Applied Art in Basel. In 1969 and 1971, he received a federal scholarship. In the following year, Federle travelled to Tunisia and the United States, where he studied for example the works of Mark Rothko and Agnes Martin. Together with his fellow artist and friend Martin Disler he exhibited in 1976 in the Kunstmuseum der Stadt Solothurn. Motifs at this time were mountains reduced to small triangles. In 1979, Federle exhibited large-scaled canvases with geometric forms in the Kunsthalle Basel. The exhibition was mostly misunderstood. Lisa Federle
Lisa Federle (born 31 July 1961) is a German doctor and emergency physician. In 2015, she introduced a "mobile doctor's practice" in the Tübingen district to treat refugees in their emergency shelters as well as homeless people. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became a mobile fever and diagnostic clinic. With the test strategy she had initiated, she adapted the Tübingen model for targeted pandemic control. In 2020, she was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit for her commitment. Life and career Lisa Federle was born and raised in Tübingen, West Germany. Egidius Federle
Egidius Federle (10 October 1810, Stühlingen - 21 March 1876, Freiburg im Breisgau) was a German landscape painter and illustrator. Life and work From 1822 to 1823, he served an apprenticeship with the Swiss painter and publisher, Johann Ludwig Bleuler, in Schaffhausen, then finished his apprentice period in 1826 with Bleuler's brother-in-law, Johann Heinrich Uster (1774-1866), in Feuerthalen. After that, he lived with Bleuler and, in 1833, followed him, together with several other painters from Bleuler's school, to Schloss Laufen, above the Rheinfall. He continued to work for Bleuler's publishing company, specializing in the creation of vedute; contributing illustrations for numerous books.
