Federico Mussini
Federico Mussini (born March 12, 1996) is an Italian basketball player for Pallalcesto Amatori Udine of the Italian Serie A2 Basket, second tier national championship. Career Federico Mussini made his debut for Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia in May 2013 against Pallacanestro Virtus Roma, but only played one minute. In the 2013-14 season, Mussini only played in 9 total games for Reggio Emilia, but he played 11.6 minutes per game on the way to Reggio Emilia winning the 2013–14 EuroChallenge. Mussini was loaned to Stella Azzurra Roma for the 2013-14 Nike International Junior Tournament, where he was named to the All-Tournament team after averaging 19.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 2.5 steals. In the 2014-15 season, Mussini saw increased role for Reggio Emilia as a back-up point guard to Andrea Cinciarini. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Lega Basket Serie A
The Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) is a professional men's club basketball league that has been organised in Italy since 1920. Serie A is organised by Lega Basket, which is regulated by the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP). It is the highest-tier level of the Italian league system. Practices officially began on September 30, 2016. Rule changes The only rule change for the regular season was allowing coaches to ask for timeouts in situations of inbounds on offense or defense. Coaches are still not permitted to call timeouts in live-ball situations. The NCAA approved a number of experimental rule changes for use in the 2017 postseason NIT: * Team fouls were reset to zero at the 10:00 mark of each half.
