Federico Furlan
Federico Furlan (born 25 November 1990) is an Italian professional footballer, who plays as a midfielder for club Triestina on loan from Ternana. Club career A product of A.C. Milan youth system, Furlan spent the 2009–10 season on loan at San Marino, before joining Varese in a co-ownership deal. In January 2011, he was sent out on loan to Monza for the remainder of the 2010–11 season. On 23 June 2011 Varese purchased 100% of the economic rights of the player from AC Milan. On 9 August 2018, Furlan signed to Serie A side Sampdoria for free. He was immediately loaned out to Ternana for the 2018–19 season with an option to buy. At the end of the season, Ternana triggered the option. Montebelluna is a city and ''comune'' in Veneto, Italy, approximately northwest of Venice. It has an estimated population of 32,000. Lega Pro Prima Divisione
Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Before the 1978–79 season there were only three leagues of professional football in Italy, the third being Serie C. In 1978, it was decided to split Serie C into Serie C1 and Serie C2. Serie C2, the fourth highest professional league in the Italian system, was also renamed in 2008 and was called Lega Pro Seconda Divisione.
