Feather Dusted
''Feather Dusted'' is a 1955 Warner Bros. ''Merrie Melodies'' animated short film directed by Robert McKimson. The cartoon was released on January 15, 1955, and features Foghorn Leghorn and Egghead Jr. Foghorn tries to play games with Egghead, Jr., but finds that playing with the child can be dangerous. Plot Miss Prissy goes off to a (literal) hen party, leaving her son Egghead, Jr. behind. Passing by "loafer" Foghorn, Foghorn takes it upon himself to play games with Egghead, Jr. instead of having to read "How to Isolate the Isotope". Although Egghead Jr. "shakes his head when he means yes, and nods when he means no," Foghorn tries playing games with him. Foghorn first tries to explain how to play croquet, but Egghead, Jr. manages to knock the ball through all the wickets in one shot (showing off his diagram when Foghorn doesn't believe that shot is possible). Robert McKimson
Robert Porter McKimson Sr. (October 13, 1910 – September 29, 1977) was an American animator and illustrator, best known for his work on the ''Looney Tunes'' and '' Merrie Melodies'' series of cartoons from Warner Bros. Cartoons and later DePatie–Freleng Enterprises. He wrote and directed many animated cartoon shorts starring Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Foghorn Leghorn, Hippety Hopper, and The Tasmanian Devil, among other characters. He was also well known for defining Bugs Bunny's look in the 1943 short ''Tortoise Wins by a Hare''. Career Born in Denver, Colorado, McKimson spent ten years gaining an art education at the Lukits School of Art. Isotope
Isotopes are two or more types of atoms that have the same atomic number (number of protons in their nuclei) and position in the periodic table (and hence belong to the same chemical element), and that differ in nucleon numbers (mass numbers) due to different numbers of neutrons in their nuclei. A shotgun shell, shotshell or simply shell is a type of rimmed, cylindrical (straight-walled) cartridges used specifically in shotguns, and is typically loaded with numerous small, pellet-like spherical sub-projectiles called shot, fired through a smoothbore barrel with a tapered constriction at the muzzle to regulate the extent of scattering. Tag (also called touch and go AG'', tig, it, tiggy, tips, tick, tip) is a playground game involving two or more players chasing other players in an attempt to "tag" and mark them out of play, usually by touching with a hand. There are many variations; most forms have no teams, scores, or equipment. Usually, when a person is tagged, the tagger says, "Tag, you're 'it'!" The last one tagged during tag is "it" for the next round. The game is known by other names in various parts of the world, including "running and catching" in India and "catch and cook" in the Middle East.
