Synopsis After winning the Anti-Japanese War, ''Gu Yaodong'' (Li Yifeng), a top-class law graduate from Dongwu University who grew up in a Shanghai alley, became a Criminal Police Officer with the ideal of "Supporting justice and Protecting the people".
