Fearless Management
Fearless Management is a New York City–based music management (talent management) company founded in 2003 by Joseph Janus, the acting President and chief executive officer. Overview After working in fashion and model management, Joseph Janus created Fearless Management to manage and develop artists and Fearless Productions/Intrepid Noise to produce music. Janus discovered Ben Jelen, a piano-based singer-songwriter, and brokered a deal with Maverick Records to release his debut, "Give It All Away" in 2004, which immediately entered no. 1 on the ''Billboard'' Heatseekers Chart. In 2005, Janus started Fearless Management Records, a record label specializing in releasing unsigned talent, as well as rarities and EPs from established artists. Ben Jelen
Benjamin Ivan Jelen (born 8 July 1979) is a Scottish-born American former singer-songwriter who plays the piano, violin, and guitar. He has lived in Scotland, England, Texas, New Jersey and New York. His career has been characterized by near-stardom, with his debut album, Give It All Away peaking at No. 113 on the Billboard 200 list. As of 2011, he is on indefinite hiatus from his solo career and is working with a new band, along with former Deuce Project member Josh McMillan known as '' Under The Elephant''. Early life Jelen attended high school in San Antonio, Texas briefly, as a freshman at Northside Health Careers High School. He completed high school at Princeton High School in Princeton, New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in biology. Maverick was an American entertainment company founded in 1992 by Madonna, Frederick DeMann, and Veronica "Ronnie" Dashev, and formerly owned and operated by Warner Music Group. It included a record label (Maverick Records), a film production company (Maverick Films), book publishing, music publishing, a Latin record division (Maverick Música), and a television production company. The first releases for the company were Madonna's 1992 coffee table publication ''Sex'' and her studio album ''Erotica'', which were released simultaneously to great controversy as well as success. John Steven Sutherland (born 11 March 1983) is an American pop singer signed with Fearless Management. Formerly he was a member of an American boy band project called B3. He is also in music production and does some modelling as well. In the late 1990s, he was a member of the boy band React with Daniel Matrium. They had a Top 10 hit on the dance charts with "Let's Go All The Way". In 2001, Tim Cruz became a founding member of another boy band called B3 alongside Rod Michael and John Steven Sutherland.
