Abdul Hameed Muhammed Fazil (born 4 February 1949 in Alappuzha, Kerala), known mononymously as Fazil, is an Indian film director, producer, screenwriter and actor who works in Malayalam cinema, in addition to directing a handful of Tamil films and a Telugu film. He made his directional debut with the 1980 film ''Manjil Virinja Pookkal''. Mullah Mohammad Fazl ( ; born 1967) is the former acting Deputy Defense Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, serving from 7 September 2021 to 21 September 2021. He also served in the position during the previous Taliban government (1996–2001). Enderûnlu Fâzıl (1757–1810) was an Ottoman poet who depicted the beauty of men from various lands of the Ottoman Empire. He achieved fame through his erotic works, which were published posthumously. Art Fazil is a Singaporean singer and musician. He spent his childhood in Singapore and Malaysia. He grew up listening to his uncle's record collection which included legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Deep Purple. Fazıl Say (; born 14 January 1970 in Ankara) is a Turkish pianist and composer. Life and career Fazıl Say was born in 1970. His father, Ahmet Say was an author and musicologist. His mother, Gürgün Say was a pharmacist. His grandfather Fazıl Say with whom he shares the same name with was a member of the Spartakusbund. Say was a child prodigy, who was able to do basic arithmetic with 4-digit numbers at the age of two. Fazıl Önder (born 1926) was a Turkish Cypriot journalist who was assassinated. Biography Fazıl Önder was born in Omorphita in 1926. He completed primary school, but was unable to attend secondary school for financial reasons. Thereafter, along with his brother Cemal, he embarked on an apprenticeship in a saddle shop. After the completion of his apprenticeship, he founded a saddle shop of his own with a business partner. From 1949 onwards, he signed up for membership to various trade unions, including the Pancyprian Federation of Labour. In 1951, he started working at the ''Turkish Literature Club (Turk Edebiyat Kulup)''.
