Description Fazakerley is in north Liverpool; neighbouring districts include Croxteth, Gillmoss, Aintree and Kirkby. ROF Fazakerley was a Royal Ordnance Factory rifle manufacturing plant in Fazakerley, Liverpool, which manufactured small arms such as the Sten and Sterling submachine guns and Lee–Enfield rifle during and after World War II. The office of Lord Mayor of Liverpool has existed in one form or another since the foundation of Liverpool as a borough by the Royal Charter of King John in 1207, simply being referred to as the Mayor of Liverpool. Stuart Barlow
Stuart Barlow (born 16 July 1968) is an English football coach and former professional player. As a player, he was a midfielder and forward from 1989 until 2009. He notably played in the Premier League for Everton and was part of the squad that won the 1994–95 FA Cup. He also played in the Football League for Rotherham United, Oldham Athletic, Wigan Athletic, Tranmere Rovers, Stockport County and Bury before winding his career in Non-league football with Morecambe, Southport, Fleetwood Town and Bamber Bridge. Cook da Books (also known as Cook the Books, Big in France and Da Books) were a British new wave band from Liverpool, England, formed in 1980. The band were signed to indie labels throughout their career, and much of their music was politically charged, though they also contributed music to popular film soundtracks. Lawson are an English pop rock band, consisting of Andy Brown (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Ryan Fletcher (bass guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), Joel Peat (lead guitar, keyboards, co-lead vocals) and Adam Pitts (drums, backing vocals, percussion). Dixons Fazakerley Academy (formerly Fazakerley High School) is a coeducational secondary school located in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool, England. Everton Cemetery
Everton Cemetery, is in Long Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool which opened in July 1880. History The site for the cemetery was bought in 1876/7, and John Houlding's building company was contracted to develop the site with its three mortuary chapels, gatehouses, boundary walls and gates. Houlding, the founder of Liverpool F.C., was also the first Chairman of the Everton Burial Board. Everton Cemetery was officially opened on 16 July 1880. Many of the headstones in Everton Cemetery date back much longer than the opening.
