Fatuma Abdi Jehow
Fatuma Abdi Jehow is a Kenyan politician from Wajir county. A member of the National Assembly of Kenya, she is the current women representative for Wajir county. She won the seat through the Orange Democratic Movement in the 2022 Kenya General Elections. It has been six months since Jehow gained the Women representative seat. Jehow won the seat by 36,064 votes against eleven candidates competing for the same seat. Among those she defeated was the then incumbent women representative for Wajir County, Fatuma Gedi, who managed to get 22,956 votes. Career Jehow studied Bachelor in Information Technology. Wajir County is a counties of Kenya, county in the former North Eastern Province (Kenya), North Eastern Province of Kenya. Its capital and largest town is Wajir. Orange Democratic Movement
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) is a centre-left political party in Kenya. It is the successor of a grassroots people's movement which was formed during the 2005 Kenyan constitutional referendum campaign. This movement separated in August 2007 into the Orange Democratic Movement Party of Kenya and the Wiper Democratic Movement – Kenya (formerly the Orange Democratic MovementKenya, known as ODM–Kenya). The name "orange" originates from the ballot cards in the referendum, in which the banana represented a "yes" vote, and the orange represented a "no" vote.
