Fatmir Gjeka
Fatmir Gjeka (; born 17 April 1975) is an Albanians in Montenegro, Albanian politician. In Montenegro, he serves as Minister of Human and Minority Rights, Chairman of Democratic Party and he was List of mayors of Ulcinj, Mayor of Ulcinj. Early life He was born on 17 April 1975, in Bar, Montenegro, Bar, Yugoslavia. He is married and has two children. He completed his studies in business administration at the Faculty of Economics of Luigj Gurakuqi University of Shkodër, University "Luigj Gurakuqi" in Shkodër in 1997. From 2005–2007 he attended postgraduate studies in entrepreneurial economics at the Faculty Economics of University of Montenegro. Political activity From 2002–2011 he acted as secretary of the Secretariat for Budget and Finance of Ulcinj Municipality. He served as a member of the commission for financing local government and chairman of this commission for one term. Shkodër
Shkodër ( , ; sq-definite, Shkodra) is the fifth-most-populous city of the Republic of Albania and the seat of Shkodër County and Shkodër Municipality. Positive Montenegro ( cnr, italic=no, Pozitivna Crna Gora; Позитивна Црна Гора) was a centrist, social-liberal political party in Montenegro. The party was founded in May 2012 by former environmental activist Darko Pajović. New Democratic Force ( cnr, Nova demokratska snaga, sq, Forca e Re Demokratike) is a political party of the Albanian minority in Montenegro. The party was founded on 22 October 2005 as a local minority party representing the Albanian population in Ulcinj. Nazif Cungu was elected as its president at the founding assembly.
