Fat Slags (film)
''Fat Slags'' is a 2004 British independent gross out comedy film based on the Viz comic characters of the same name. The creators had no editorial control over the film. Despite the relative popularity of the comic strip and its celebrity cameos, the film was panned by critics. Plot The film chronicles the (mis)adventures of Sandra (Fiona Allen) and Tracey (Sophie Thompson), the famously vulgar and crass Fat Slags of the title. The pair leave their hometown of Fulchester for London, shagging and boozing their way to fame and fortune. On the day they arrive in London, internationally-renowned billionaire Sean Cooley (Jerry O'Connell) suffers a blow to the head that renders him temporarily insane. When he spots Sandra and Tracey on a daytime chat show, he falls for their larger-than-life outlook. He directed the episodes of the Science fiction, science-fiction British sitcom, sitcom ''Red Dwarf'' from List of Red Dwarf episodes, Series I-IV and VII-VIII. ''The Fat Slags'' is a British comic strip appearing in the alternative British comic '' Viz''. The characters made their debut in 1989, their first appearance being in issue 36. The eponymous slags are Sandra Burke and Tracey Tunstall, known to other characters as San and Tray. They are depicted as overweight, eating large amounts of food, mainly chips, while also having a lot of casual sex. As with other ''Viz'' strips, the strip's authors use a brash writing style. "Slag" is a British English word for "slut", or loose woman. Activities The Slags' eating frequently follows a night of binge drinking, and the circumstances of the sex or the partner in question are rarely an issue - they have been known to leap on delivery men or workmen for gratification, with the targeted man rarely given an opportunity to resist or escape. Michael Greco (born 12 November 1970) is a British actor and poker player. He is best known for his role as Beppe di Marco in the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'', which he played for four years between 1998 and 2002. Early life Dennis was born Leslie Dennis Heseltine on 12 October 1953 in the Liverpool suburb of Garston.
