Fasiah Fakeh
Mohamad Fasiah bin Mohd Fakeh ( Jawi: محمد فسيح بن محمد فقه; is a Malaysian politician. He is chair of Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA). Political career In May 2013, Mohamad Fasiah first contested to become an MP in the 13th Malaysian general election and subsequently won the Sabak Bernam seat with a 1,890 majority. He was successfully re-elected as MP for the same seat in the 14th Malaysian general election. He resigned from UMNO to be an Independent politician in 2018. Presently he is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party or ''Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia'' (BERSATU), a component of Perikatan Nasional (PN) government. The Malay language has a complex system of styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the southern Philippines. Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore and several provinces in Indonesia regularly award honorary and life titles. What follows in this article is specific to the Malaysian system. The 2018 Malaysian General Election, formally known as the 14th Malaysian General Election (), was held on Wednesday, 9 May 2018, for members of the 14th Parliament of Malaysia. At stake were all 222 seats in the Dewan Rakyat (the legislature's lower house) and 505 seats in 12 out of the 13 state legislative assemblies of Malaysia. The 13th Parliament of Malaysia was dissolved by Prime Minister Najib Razak on 7 April 2018. The Malaysian United Indigenous Party ( ms, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia), abbreviated BERSATU or PPBM, is a nationalist political party in Malaysia. The party was preceded by the United Indigenous Association of Malaysia ().
