''Fashion Impression Function'' is a 2001 EP by Freezepop. Tracks 5, 7, 8 and 9 are remix versions of songs found on the band's previous album ''Freezepop Forever''. Freezepop (band)
Freezepop is an American electronic band from Boston, Massachusetts, United States, formed in 1999 by Liz Enthusiasm, Sean T. Drinkwater, and The Duke of Pannekoeken (an alias for Kasson Crooker). Since December 2009, the current lineup includes Enthusiasm, Drinkwater, Robert John "Bananas" Foster, and Christmas Disco-Marie Sagan. The band is named after the ice pop, frozen snack, and they have described their music as "sweet and cold and fruity and plastic-y". Kasson Crooker
Kasson Crooker is an American electronic musician, a composer, and the artist behind Symbion Project, his solo moniker. His past bands are Freezepop, Splashdown, Larkspur, and Sirensong. DJ HMX, Komputer Kontroller, and Cosmonaut Zero were alias bands of Crooker used only for the videogames ''FreQuency'' and ''Amplitude''. Music career In 1999, Crooker formed the synthpop group Freezepop with Liz Enthusiasm and Sean T. Drinkwater. While in the band he went by various aliases, starting as The Duke of Candied Apples, then briefly being known as The Duke of Belgian Waffles, and finally The Duke of Pannenkoeken. In September 2009, Kasson retired from Freezepop to focus his efforts on his work at Harmonix. He has made several guest appearances at Freezepop concerts since then, often also playing a Symbion Project set. Synthpop
Synth-pop (short for synthesizer pop; also called techno-pop; ) is a subgenre of new wave music that first became prominent in the late 1970s and features the synthesizer as the dominant musical instrument. ''Freezepop Forever'' is the debut studio album by synthpop band Freezepop, originally released in 2000. The album has been reissued multiple times, each including different bonus tracks or videos. The 2002 European release on the Elefant label features a bonus song, two music videos, digipack packaging and an alternate album cover. The 2005 Archenemy Record Company reissue is entirely remastered and features a music video for "テニスのボーイフレンド" (also referred to as "Tenisu no Boifurendo", "Tennis Boyfriend" in English). The album contains the song "Science Genius Girl", popular for its appearances as a playable song in several music video games, including ''FreQuency'', ''Karaoke Revolution'', and as a downloadable song for ''Rock Band''. ''Fancy Ultra•Fresh'' is the second studio album by American electronic band Freezepop. It was released on April 20, 2004 by The Archenemy Record Company. The enhanced CD features a set of audio visualizers playable with the album, a link to the official Freezepop website, the bonus song "#1 Song in Heaven" and three videos, including a flash video for "Stakeout", a live television performance of "Bike Thief" from ''The Top Shelf Variety Hour'' and a "Freezepop on Tour" featurette. A limited edition release of the album had the CD encased in a lime green gel liquid-pack. Liz Enthusiasm
Justinne "Jussi" Gamache, also known by her pseudonym Liz Enthusiasm, is the lead singer of indie synthpop band Freezepop. She lives in Massachusetts. Gamache also works in graphic design, and has done design work on Freezepop's website, albums, and their 2016 Kickstarter campaign. She has created several music videos for Freezepop using then- Macromedia's Flash program. Gamache writes the majority of her lyrics in English, but has also written songs in Japanese ("Tenisu no Boifurendo"), and French ("Parlez-Vous Freezepop?"). In 2004, Gamache and her best friend and fellow musician, Gordon Merrick, released an internet album titled ''Best Friends Forever'' containing six covers, one of a Freezepop song. Sean Miguel Thompson, better known by his stage name Sean T, is an American rapper and record producer from East Palo Alto, California. Throughout his career both as a rapper and a producer, he has released seven solo albums, two albums with his group Murder One Gangstas and has worked with some of California's top rappers, including E-40, C-Bo, and 3X Krazy.
