Fani Psatha
Fani Psatha ( gr, Φανή Ψαθά; born February 2, 1976, in Psachna, Euboea) is a retired amateur Greek freestyle wrestler, who competed in the women's flyweight category. Psatha has produced a full set of three career medals in different color, including her prestigious gold from the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almería, Spain, and also finished tenth in the 48-kg division in Athens, when Greece hosted the 2004 Summer Olympics. Psatha trained throughout her sporting career for Psachna Evia Wrestling Club in Chalcis, under her personal coach Ioannis Tabounidis. Psatha qualified for the Greek squad, as a 28-year-old, in the inaugural 48 kg class at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Psachna
Psachna ( el, Ψαχνά) is a small Greek town in Euboea, 16 km north of Chalcis. It is built in a small plain in the central-west part of the island. Psachna is the seat of Dirfys-Messapia municipality and the seat of Messapia regional unit. Iryna Oleksiyivna Merleni ( uk, Ірина Олексіївна Мерлені), née Melnyk (), married name Mykulchyn () (born 8 February 1982) is a Ukrainian wrestler, who competed in the – 48 kg weight class at the 2004 Summer Olympics and claimed the gold medal. Considered one of the nation's top wrestlers in her decade, Louati has yielded a record of three gold medals in her career at the All-Africa Games (1999 and 2003), and at the 2001 Mediterranean Games in Tunis.
