Peter Teravainen
Peter Teravainen (born April 23, 1956) is an American professional golfer. He briefly played on the PGA Tour, in 1980, but did not have much success. For the remainder of his career he primarily played overseas, culminating with wins at the 1995 Czech Open on the European Tour and the 1996 Japan Open on the Japan Golf Tour. Early life Teravainen was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts and raised in Duxbury, Massachusetts. His father was a high school athletic director and basketball coach. His mother was a nurse. He is one of four children. Amateur career Teravainen attended Tabor Academy and Yale University on scholarship. He played on the Yale Bulldogs golf team at college. As of his freshman year, Teravainen was regarded as the best player. He was an All-American in 1976, 1977, and 1978. He was team captain his senior year. Darrell Kestner (born August 15, 1953) is an American professional golfer. Early life Kestner was born in Welch, West Virginia. He attended Concord College. Fred Couples
Frederick Steven Couples (born October 3, 1959) is an American professional golfer who has competed on the PGA Tour and the PGA Tour Champions. A former World No. 1, he has won 64 professional tournaments, most notably the Masters Tournament and the Players Championship in 1984 In August 2011, he won his first senior major at the Senior Players Championship and followed this up in July 2012 when he won the Senior Open Championship. John Jacobs (American Golfer)
John Alexander Jacobs (born March 18, 1945) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and currently plays on the Champions Tour. Jacobs is the younger brother of professional golfer Tommy Jacobs. Jacobs was born in Los Angeles, California. He turned professional in 1967. He played on the PGA Tour from 1968–1977. He never won an official PGA Tour event; his best showings were three 2nd-place finishes. He also played in Asia for many years, having considerable success on the Asia Golf Circuit, where he won the Taiwan Open twice and was the first American to top the tour's Order of Merit in 1984. After reaching the age of 50 in 1995, Jacobs began play on the Champions Tour. His accomplishments as a senior include a major championship and more than 70 top-10 finishes. Loren Lloyd Roberts (born June 24, 1955) is an American professional golfer, who has played on the PGA Tour and the PGA Tour Champions. Early life Roberts was born in San Luis Obispo, California. He competed for San Luis Obispo Senior High School and California Polytechnic State University. In 1975, he turned professional after his sophomore season due to the university's dropping its NCAA Division II golf team. Tim Norris (born November 20, 1957) is a current college head golf coach and a former professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour in the 1980s. Early life Norris was born and raised in Fresno, California. He started his collegiate career at Fresno City College before transferring to Fresno State University. In 1979, he was a second-team All-American, helped lead Fresno State to the Big West Championship, and was the winner of the Sun Bowl Golf Classic. In 1980, he was a first-team All-American, shared Big West ''Athlete-of-the-Year'' honors with Jay Don Blake, helped lead Fresno State to its second Big West Championship in as many years, and was Fresno State's ''Athlete-of-the-Year''. Mark Francis O'Meara (born January 13, 1957) is an American professional golfer. He was a tournament winner on the PGA Tour and around the world from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s.
