Falcon Beach
''Falcon Beach'' is a Canadian television show, filmed at Winnipeg Beach and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and produced for the Canadian and American markets. It originally aired in 2005 as a movie on Global in Canada. It was produced as a TV series for Global and ABC Family in 2006. It is also currently in first run showings internationally in several languages. It was unique among Canadian TV series in that the producers filmed two versions of each episode. The first was for Canada and uses Canadian geographic references and terminology. The second version was done for the United States and uses American geographic references and terminology. Allison Hossack (born January 26, 1965) is a Canadian actress. Early years Born in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada, Hossack grew up in Killarney, Manitoba, and participated in musical theatre productions while a student there. Sam Roberts (born October 2, 1974) is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter who has released seven albums. His debut EP ''The Inhuman Condition'', reached the Canadian charts in 2002. Daniel Greaves (born 1 December 1970) is a Canadian rock vocalist and songwriter. He is known as the founder and lead singer of the band The Watchmen, and for his a capella singing. Career The Watchmen In 1988, Greaves became the lead singer of The Watchmen, which he co-formed with Joey Serlin, Sammy Kohn and Pete Loewen. The Watchmen were a successful alternative rock band most active in the 1990s. Greaves also played keyboards and harmonica in the band.
