Faizal Muhamad
Mohd Faizal bin Muhamad (born 3 March 1989) is a Malaysian football player who plays as centre-back for Malaysian club Melaka United. He is also a former member of Malaysia senior football team and Malaysia U-23 squad. In November 2010, Faizal was called up to the Malaysia national squad by coach K. Rajagopal for the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup. Malaysia won the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup title for the first time in their history. He was loaned to Terengganu FA for 2011 Malaysia Cup and helped the team reach the final before losing 2–1 to Negeri Sembilan FA. He played all 90 minutes in the final, performing a great partnership with Mohd Marzuki Yusof. Marang, Terengganu
Marang (est. pop. (2000 census): 4,896) is a town and the seat of Marang District, in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. The town is located on the South China Sea coast on the main highway between Kuala Terengganu and Kuantan. The main economic activity in Marang is fishery and tourism. Etymology The origin of the district's name is attributed to a Chinese entrepreneur of dried sea products known only by the name of Ma, who was one of the first settlers in the area. The sea products, consisting of fish and squid, are dried on racks called ''rang'' by the local populace. Given Ma owned all the ''rangs'', the area became known as Ma rang (i.e. 'Ma's ''rangs), which eventually became Marang. According to a Malay teacher, the late Cikgu Osman, a teacher from Sek. Keb. Mohd Marzuki Yusof (born 3 January 1981) is a Malaysian former footballer who last playing for T-Team, a team playing in the Malaysian Super League. He was a former member of Malaysia national U-23 team. He played almost of his career with Terengganu, also playing with Melaka Telekom for two seasons. He is the current captain of the T-Team. AFC Cup
The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Under its current rules, the competition is played primarily between clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots in the top-tier AFC Champions League, based on the AFC Club Competitions Ranking.
