Fairy Tales (film)
''Fairy Tales'', released in the UK as ''Adult Fairy Tales'', is a 1978 sex comedy directed by Harry Hurwitz, the plot of which revolves around the stereotypical fairy tale. Synopsis On his twenty-first birthday, a prince is approached by his father (the king) and other courtiers. They present him a girl as birthday gift. The king asks him to enjoy sexual life and to produce the next heir. However, the prince experiences erectile dysfunction and is unable to perform sexually. He discovers that his sexual attraction is focused towards a long forgotten princess whose picture is hanging on the wall. He goes in search of this princess, and encounters many people along the way. Ultimately, he finds the princess and is able to perform sexually with her. Harry Hurwitz
Harry Hurwitz (January 27, 1938 – September 21, 1995) was an American film director, screenwriter, actor and producer. Biography Hurwitz attended The High School of Music & Art and New York University, where he received a B.S. in 1960 and an M.A. in 1962. Before becoming a director, Hurwitz worked intermittently as a drawing, painting and filmmaking instructor at various institutions, including New York University, the State University of New York at New Paltz, Cooper Union, Parsons School of Design, Queens College, Purchase College, the New York Institute of Technology and the Pratt Institute. His directorial debut film ''The Projectionist'' included the first acting role for actor/comedian Rodney Dangerfield. He often used the pseudonym Harry Tampa. In the early 1970s, Hurwitz was an artist-in-residence at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Jeff Doucette
Jeffrey Doucette (born November 25, 1947) is an American character actor. Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he was the second of eight children born to Elizabeth (Betty Andres) and William (Bill) Doucette. Jeffrey attended Marquette University High School and Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, where he became the first theater major and helped build the theater and theater program. He studied theater and graduated from Northern Illinois University. In 1974, Doucette moved to Chicago and joined the Second City Touring Company, where he met his future comedy partner, Ernst Emling, and formed the comedy duo Jeff and Ernst. Within two months, the pair were signed by the William Morris Agency and toured the country with folk singer Bob Gibson.
