Facundo Farías
Facundo Hernán Farías (born 28 August 2002) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Major League Soccer club Inter Miami. Club career Farías started off with Escuela de Fútbol UNL, prior to having a stint in the academy of Corinthians Santa Fe. In 2015, Farías headed off to Colón's youth system. November 2019 saw the midfielder moved into the club's first-team squad, ahead of a Primera División home fixture with Atlético Tucumán. Farías' professional debut subsequently arrived, as he featured for the final nineteen minutes of a defeat at the Estadio Brigadier General Estanislao López on 2 November after replacing Mauro Da Luz. 2023 Leagues Cup
The 2023 Leagues Cup will be the third edition of the Leagues Cup, an inter-league soccer tournament between Major League Soccer and Liga MX. It will be held from July 21 to August 19, 2023, with all 77 matches held in either the United States or Canada. The tournament is organized by MLS and the Mexican Football Federation and sanctioned by CONCACAF, the continental governing body for the sport in North America. For the first time in the history of the competition, all MLS and Liga MX teams (47 total) will compete in the tournament, with both leagues taking a pause in their respective seasons to compete in the tournament. The Leagues Cup is an annual association football competition between clubs from Major League Soccer and Liga MX in North America. It debuted in July 2019 with four teams participating from each league. The first edition was a single-elimination tournament hosted in the United States with a final played in Las Vegas on September 18, 2019. Beginning in 2023, the tournament will be expanded to include all clubs from MLS and Liga MX, and will function as the regional cup for the North American zone within CONCACAF, with the top three teams qualifying for the CONCACAF Champions League. 2021 Copa De La Liga Profesional
The 2021 Copa de la Liga Profesional was the second edition of the Copa de la Liga Profesional, an Argentine domestic cup. It began on 12 February and ended on 4 June 2021. Due to the worsening of the COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina, the President of Argentina suspended all the activities, including the Copa de la Liga Profesional, between 22 and 30 May 2021. Therefore, the semi-finals and final of the tournament were rescheduled for 31 May and 4 June 2021, respectively. The competition was contested by the 26 teams that will take part in the Primera División during the 2021 season, including the two promoted teams from the 2020 Primera Nacional ( Sarmiento (J) and Platense). The Copa de la Liga Profesional (English: ''Professional League Cup''; officially named "Copa Diego Armando Maradona" in its first edition) is an official Argentine football cup competition. The cup was planned and organised by the "Liga Profesional de Fútbol", a body linked to the Argentine Football Association (AFA) that replaced the defunct Superliga Argentina. This cup was conceived as a contingency competition after the schedule for a regular league season had been repeatedly delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
